I am writing to comment on a client advisor, Wyatt Harrington, who worked with me in making a well-reasoned purchase at Germain Honda. I don't know cars that well and had been advised to consider a Honda CRV. Wyatt was friendly, patient, informative, and was pleasant to work with. Wyatt is smart, articulate, engaging, and was a pleasure to work with. Regarding the dealership, all of the staff I met were friendly and offered to help without my having to ask and I will recommend Germain Honda to anyone who asks me for a recommendation.
I wanted to express my appreciation to Hunter Matthews and the great staff at Germain Honda. We brought my wife's 2020 Honda Fit in for service today because the car required a jump start earlier in the day. Chris O'Lear on the service team brought the car in for service earlier than the scheduled appointment so my wife would not have to wait. They did a thorough evaluation of the battery and determined that it needed replacement (fortunately it was under warranty). Tried reserving and inquiring about accessories added to New Civic Sport; summer 2021. I had initially spoken to Shak in person, with promise. A short while later I had emailed him (as I lived in another city) about reserving a new car and having some things added. He responded incomprehensibly and when I replied to get clarification, I never heard back. There were also failed attempts at calls, and in all I never heard back from anyone. Ended up buying from another dealership.
My car was not drivable so I had it towed to the dealership five days before my actual appointment.They were able to take a look at my vehicle, fix it, and get it back to me four days before my actual appointment. I really appreciated their efforts, especially around the Thanksgiving holiday.
They were thorough, kept me informed of time diagnostics and express service would take. I left in a serviced car, and knowing what followup would look like regarding the outstanding issues. Perfect.

My service representative, Nick, was not very good. I was sitting in the waiting area and he just stood in the hallway and waived me over. When we were finally at his desk, he “forgot” his password and asked me to step back in the waiting area for 5 minutes while he tried to reset his system - that was almost 11 am and the shop has been opened since 7am! We have been customers at Germain for years. This service visit for an oil change was good- just under an hour, comfortable waiting area and courteous staff.
Great service. However dealer charges for any diagnostic request and will not credit the charge toward repair if done at their shop. I have dealt with many repair/dealer shops but heard this for the first time.

My vehicle showing 30 percent so I brought for oil change AFTER oil change also it is showing 30 percent. WHY? I have to go again to adjust?
The dealership was very helpful locating the exact make and model of the car that we wanted. We also get our other cars serviced here and they do a great job.
So had an issue with not only my visit, my co worker as well. It seems as if we both had the same person unfortunately (cant verify) was told I needed front and rear brakes on my car with less than 50,000 miles. I told them no, took it elsewhere and was advised I still had pad left. Same exact thing happened to my co worker but her CR-V was said to need brakes and a tire rod!!!! She took it for a second opinion and it wasnt bad. Very unpleasant. Over-all experience wasnt good. Will not be returning

Scheduling an appointment for a first time customer was quick and easy. The free multi-point inspection with the oil change is a bonus. A bit disappointed with my experience. First I was told I was picking up a basque red CR-V. A day was arranged and when I arrived it was a copper color not what I was told. Secondly, not having enough time to inspect due to work, there is some scratches in the front left corner near headlight. Looked like someone tried to cover up with paint. Upon driving in, a polite service consultant greets and takes care of you from then on. Waiting area is very clean and nice. Pandemic regulations are followed throughout. Work is explained before, during and after.
