My sevice specialist, Dean, was excellent in handling my service requests. The second service specialist who’s deskt is right in front of Dean’s desk, I apologize for forgetting his name, was excellent also. They both were helpful. Dean even talked to Tim in the parts department, to make sure all of the necessary parts were in stock on the day of my appointment. Good teamwork.

I recently went to Germain Honda of Ann Arbor to trade in my Toyota Highlander for a Honda Odyssey. That's when I met the dynamic duo, Kent Hepler and Jeff Williams. Kent warmly greeted me and provided me the info I needed to make my decision. He answered all of my questions and guided my thought process. Prices on both my trade in and new purchase were quite fair. When I went back to seal the deal, Jeff took over. He patiently explained all of my accessories, protection plans, warranties, etc. And then he went to work on what has to be the most efficient vehicle trade in I've experienced. He coordinated the paperwork and vehicle detailing within a short time so I wouldn't have to hire extra childcare. I drove out of the dealership with a beautiful brand new car. Brock is pretty good. We made the deal by phone the day before. I went to the dealership the next day and got my car. It's just I experience quite a bit of waiting time, but I think it's from the bank.
