Mo Hassan was professional, friendly and kept me updated on a delay in the service of my van. Not his fault. Very happy with his service. 5 stars. Unfortunately it was determined that tire wear was the same on all 4 tires so no rotation was made. Unfortunately that prevented the technician to measure the condition of the brakes what I think would have been important.

The technician overseeing my service need, Gerardo Macias, was as pleasant and effective to deal with. The job was done by the able hands of the service shop within the expected time, about an hour. Germain Honda has been one of the two best dealerships for me in the past fifty years.

Had a great experience with Christopher Cole in the service department. He knew the vehicle well and gave great input on the services that needed doing. He didn't try to upsell anything I didn't need. I didn't tell him that I used to be a dealer tech. He's just doing the right thing for everyone. I'd send my mom to him. Highly recommend. The experience was much better than other dealers I've personally had inside knowledge of. Love going back to Germain Honda, and I hope to work with Chris again.

Brought in my 23 CRV for a recall. They said come back at 4 (drop off at 8am) to get it but I was under the impression I could wait for it. Mo talked to the manager and it was finished in under 2 hours for me! Quick service today and I appreciate it!

Overall, I was pleased with the service for my Honda CRV. However, when I checked out with Gerardo Macias, I had to ask him a couple times to slow down and not talk so fast. Also, one of the main issues I went to the dealership for was not addressed and I had to call back and speak with the service advisor today to get more details. Chris O'Lear took great care of my car when I brought it in last week without an appointment. I started to hear a loud noise from the under side of my car when driving home from Whitmore Lake and wasn't comfortable continuing to drive it. The car stayed at the dealership for a couple of days, the source was found, and the issue was fixed. Chris took great care of me in charging me for just the necessary repairs, and not for the diagnostics.
