All Honda dealers are not the same. After a very bad experience at another Honda dealer in Ypsilanti, we took our vehicle to Germain and could not have been happier. Jerry in the Service department took care of us. The diagnostics check was quick and thorough. Jerry and team were very honest in their assessment (unlike the other dealer) and fixed the issue our vehicle had. If you're unsure about which dealer to service your vehicle at, it's a no brainer for me that I'd drive the extra mile(s) to Germain. Thank you Jerry!

After having issues with my 2015 Honda Accord starting, we initially took it to a local shop to be serviced. They diagnosed it as having starter issues and changed the starter. When we picked the car up, it was still making a terrible noise upon startup. They then diagnosed multiple other issues, costing several thousand dollars and so we towed the car to Germain Honda. Doug falsely advised me that warranty work must be performed at the selling dealer. This is a violation of the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, which explicitly prohibits conditioning warranty coverage on the use of a specific dealership. My sister's brakes went out on a Wednesday afternoon. Nick and the staff were able to provide a temporary fix. Instead of scheduling a return visit, Nick added a second tech and the work was completed- all in an unscheduled afternoon appt.
